Every treehouse has keypad entry with a unique code, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Detailed check-in instructions are sent before your stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We are happy to offer early check-in or extended check-out for an additional fee, subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.
Yes. Each treehouse has a cozy indoor gas fireplace, heating, and air conditioning, so they're comfortable in every season — including winter hot-tub soaks.
Yes. Every treehouse has its own private elevated hot tub, open year-round for stargazing soaks.
We love animals, but our treehouses are not pet-friendly in order to keep the spaces clean and comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies.
Jubilee Tree and Captain's Canopy sleep up to 6 guests. Lofty Pine and The Overstory sleep up to 8 guests. Exact bed and bath counts are listed on each treehouse page.
Pack as you would for a cozy getaway: comfortable clothes, toiletries, and any personal essentials. Each treehouse has a full kitchen, so bring groceries and anything you'd like to cook or snack on. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
We are a marijuana-free property, and marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the grounds. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the treehouses, but they are allowed on your private deck.

We're only minutes from downtown Erie's restaurants, sites, and attractions. For the lake, we're just under 10 miles from the entrance of Presque Isle State Park and all of its beaches.
